From the minute he arrived at The Family’s Choice, I could sense that my dad felt safe and loved there. It was so clear that the staff knew exactly what to do and that they really cared about him. For my dad, it was as though he could finally relax and say to himself, ‘I’m in the right place’.

I feel very confident in having placed my mom at The Family’s Choice. When I walk into the home to visit my mother, I am always struck by the warm and loving atmosphere. The staff is so welcoming, the residents are smiling and there are always activities going on. It is a happy place to be. Finally, I am able to go about my life without constant worry about my mother.

Just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed touring The Family’s Choice Residential Care Homes. I was greatly impressed with Joy’s professional attitude, the warmth, home-like atmosphere, the cleanliness and the “fresh air” that permeated all the homes. In all the homes, I sensed the caring attitudes of the Caregivers.

In the time my Mom has been at The Family’s Choice, she has always felt cared for and very comfortable. The entire staff of always professional caregivers and Ms. Joy has made us all feel welcome and part of The Family’s Choice. Mom enjoys participating in the daily exercise classes, Bible study, and the various fun events and activities. My Mom loves the convenience of three delicious meals in the dining room. The entire staff has smoothed the transition as we adjust to a new environment along with Mom. After investigating several assisted living facilities, we chose The Family’s Choice as the best fit for Mom and we are delighted that she is here.

Thank you for the special care The Family’s Choice provided for my Aunt Freida. I am so grateful that she was able to spend her last days in such a wonderful home. Whenever I was there, I saw how you and your staff truly care for the residents and do everything possible to make life as comfortable as possible for them. My brother Clayton Brown has lived at The Family’s Choice for the last 71/2 years. How time flies when your loved one receives excellent care. He was in other facilities and it was almost a daily phone call about “something” when he was in their care. I so love Joy and The Family’s Choice because she is an excellent home owner and her staff is very qualified to care for your family member as they do for Clayton. Clayton is only 66 years old. He has dementia due to strokes and I have taken care of him for about 15 years now and I have such a peace of mind now. I don’t receive daily phone calls about him like I did before I moved him to The Family’s Choice. He is loved and cared for so much he is happy. I would like to encourage you to talk to joy about your loved one. I am so thankful and so blessed to have found The Family’s Choice and to have met Joy. She is a JOY to be around!!

The entire management team and care giving staff have made my father’s time at The Family’s Choice in Dallas a very positive experience. The residents are made to feel appreciated and an important part of the family.
